Everything was exceptional from the very beginning.
Friendly staff, couldn't ask for more. Its location in Erkelenz was lovely and magnificent, close to the cafe and bar. Also, Haberger Hof was 4 km away.

The room was big and luxurious, had essentials, like shower facilities, a hair dryer, and bath sheets. The bed was extremely comfy, slept good. The staff were great and helpful day and night.

Everything was great, I truly enjoyed my stay. The twin room I got was complete with tea and balcony. There was fresh food, the staff was amazing. It had a particularly good and marvellous location close to the cafe.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, right across the street from the beach. Being so close to the beach made it easy to enjoy the beautiful views and take a leisurely stroll along the coast. The free parking was a nice bonus, especially considering how expensive parking can be in this city. The hotel facilities were great, with a comfortable and spacious room. It was well-cleaned and had all the necessary amenities, including a microwave and fridge. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.

stayed here for a weekend trip and it exceeded expectations! Very large rooms, clean and comfortable. Polite and helpful staff. The atmosphere and interesting furniture added to the experience. Perfect heating and quiet surroundings. Highly recommend!

The room was cozy and comfortable, with a lovely bathroom that had both a bath and a separate shower. The staff at the hotel were amazing, very welcoming and friendly. Plus, the location of the hotel was perfect, surrounded by beautiful buildings and a picturesque courtyard.
There were a few downsides to my stay. the hotel closed down its facilities over the weekend, so there were no staff or facilities available for an evening meal or drinks on Saturdays or Sundays.

I keep coming back to this amazing place because it has everything I need: Wi-Fi, off-site car park, luggage storage, bar/lounge, outdoor dining area. Staff even helped me find my lost bracelet! Can't wait to return for another weekend getaway.

We had a wonderful stay at this small castle. The interior was nice and luxurious, and the underfloor heating was a real treat. The young staff woman was very responsive and the breakfast buffet had a great choice of delicious food. The double room was luxurious, with a comfy bed and a beautiful view. The area was quiet and the accommodation was very clean. it was a very nice experience and definitely worth recommending.
Didn't dislike anything about the property. ✅
